stock cam or xr200 cam

do you think its worth swapping my stock cam out of my 200x for a xr200 cam, is there a noticleble power increase, and if so where in the powerband, like bottom end or top end? thanx alot

I did it to my old AutoX and thought it was worth it. It just seemed to run stronger.
