ESR kits...

Hey folks,

Was just wondring if anyone here has or have run a ESR380 bigbore on the ATC or any 250 for that matter, and whats the clamined numbers on this? i have heard 80hp at the Crank..........Anyone confirm that?

i have not heard 80 horse for the esr 380,however PSI makes a 425 that is supposed to be the baddest.that one is claimed at 85 horse,and 70 # tourqe

The PSI won't fit in the ATC frame without modification. The motor and head aret too tall.

you will have problems fitting a bigger bore than a 350 in a atc250r frame and most cylinder heads, the spark plug is in the center and straight up requiring you to cut and move the diagonal frame support. I have a lrd 310 pv and it has more power than most can use. I also have the correct pipe, igntion, carb and some other mods too.

Yea i have Riddin the PSI....425 in a TRX...Frickin Hauls pretty good, I was lookin into the ESR kits for a Supermoto Bike i was thinkin of building.......Thanks! :beer
