The choke is probably clogged. I believe that its only a tube that sucks extra air that pulls additional fuel into the motor. If the airway is blocked, the choke won't work.

May be a stupid question, but what is a Air Stryker?

airstrykers have 4 float bowl vents rather than 2. that is the only difference beteen a airstryker carb and a normal pwk. which will allow the fuel to enter the flot bwl from the tank faster. think of it this way, just like if your pouring gas out of a gas can with one of those vents by the handle, imagine if you had an extra one or two on it, the fuel would come out even faster.

I'd pull the carb apart and clean it because if the choke circut is clogged the other jets might be getting clogged up as well and then you could have a meltdown on your hands. clean the tank, carb, new filter.
