Hay guys I have a few questions again…. Yes I did look in the manual but still don’t quite understand… I am pretty sure this baby need a oil change very badly lol… we have had it for 2 yrs now and hasn’t got a oil change and I highly doubt the guy before us changed the oil and he had it for 5 yrs.!!! So I think a 7yr old oil change will be good to do lol… in this pic below is the odd silver screw by the gearbox… that is the oil screw ay?? I donno it’s a guess.. also how do you unscrew it you cant get in there due to the bars in the way…. Also I would like to know the 2 “ \ / “ bars in the rear of the ytm200 that hold the frame and the hitch together I took the bars off and I think it looks better this wont hurt anything will it?? Thanks again and I have a final product of wat it looks like currently! -Joe

The oil drain bolt will be on the underneath of the motor.

Well, that plug is way differant than mine even though I have the same bike, weird. But yes, that is the drain plug judging by where the shift shaft is in that pic. You take a flat wrench to get it off, I believe it should be a 3/4...(i think)
Taking the hitch off wont hurt anything, as long as you put the top bolts back in there places, I dont see why you would want to take the hitch off, it is a utility trike...

If you do that, it will make your hitch useless, if you hitch up to anything, it will probably bend

Blinker fluid----Muffler bearings---??????

You can pick up a few extra HP. by changing to a stiffer powerband---The darker the color---the stiffer the powerband.

Hey I just bought an 85 Yamahauler 200er and my oil drain plug is on the side of the engine like that. There is a screen filter inside on a big spring that should be cleaned when you do this. Also, if you haven't, change the rear diff oil. I had to use a chisel and hammer to get the plugs loose but these drive units are extremely hard to get here in Florida.
