atc 70 question

Hey Guys, new here to site but had a couple of questions , wondering if anybody can help, I just picked up this little 70 but it doesn't have any spark, I don't have a manual yet ,but I was wondering if there is any way to check the coil and stator out to see if there good or not, does anyone have any ideas, thanks in advance for any advice you might have.

I used a spark tester for my coil. And I also replaced points.

Check ground and wiring, Take a mac light and look behind the flywheel to see the condition of the points(make sure they arent stuck together). good luck

Or stuck open,Mine intermitantly stick open.I ordered new ones,they wont stop doing it.
