I just installed a new exhaust Flange on my R. My old one leaked oil very bad. My question is, do i need to worry about jetting or anything after this? THANKS!!! :)

I have to chime in on this...I always saw the aftermarket exhaust flanges on Ebay, but never bought one until recently. WOW! What a difference. The stock one is crap. It always leaked. The new one I got is a double O-ringed flange that fits like a glove. No more leaks. I highly recommend them.
Oh, and NO you don't have to rejet for it. I would check your exhaust port to make sure that there is a smooth transition to the flange. Mine had a little ridge that I took out with a dremel, sand paper and polish. It's a smooth transition now.....this is important because you have the exhaust "charge" that actually goes in and out of the flange with the sound wave.

Can someone point me to these flanges? I've seen them before on eBay and never really looked at them, but not that I want one I can't find it!! lol. Are there none on eBay right now?

That says for liquid cooled applications. Any idea where to get one for an air-cooled r??
