rebuilding the 200e

Now i got stuck on the 200e rebuild i started today. I cant get one of the bolts off from the valve cover. I try'd heat, cranking on it, pliers. No luck. Any ideas? its an allen wrence head.


Ps. Does anyone have the thread with all the manuels? Thanks
