View Full Version : New Tires Arrived!
Well the Fast Trackers that I order from Nebraska Tire came today. They have fast shipping and its free. These are their buffed tires for 37.50 each. I was skeptical about them after what a few of you guys have said about them. The compound is just as hard as my friends bear claws and the sidewalls are just as stiff. The ad they display claims them to be 6-ply and not 3-ply like every where else. Even one of the sales reps backed them. If you don't believe me call them and ask for Steve. But I love them and who cares if the name is buffed off. Here's a few pics.
Buffed off names......Sounds like Hot tires....LOL....

you buff the name off with a scotch brite pad on a die grinder.... takes the words off real quick. they would do this on wheeler tires...... I have no clue why...:wondering

There usually blems, and the manufacturer doesn't want them to be sold with their name on them. It limits their responsibility in the future. This way a retail customer can't complain about the tire and would want something (replacement) because they went defective, i.e. separation, splitting, etc. If they’re a good price buy them. My tires don't last long enough for me to care.

Those are the exact same tires on my Z. The name is buffed on these because they are no longer available in that style. That's what I was told anyway. I've had mine for a little while, and I've had no problems. I also got my 23" front tire from them. It still has the Titan name on it. I paid 112.50 for all three tires. IMO they are an excellent place to buy tires. They also have several tires that are not listed on there website that you can call and ask about.

I ran mine backwards for awhile because I thought the traction would be better, but I turned them around the right way because I didn't see much difference.
Go to the link that jsimonh put up. They explain everything you asked. I think that I'm going to get a three more pairs while they still have them. I'll post pics after their mounted.

Cool site.
I looked through the site and didn't really see anything that would fit my Big Red at those prices.
