Not a repo, all original. The frame tag says the same.

Looks like a misprint to me. 11/86 would make it an 87 by hondas standards. I bet the 11/86 is misprinted and should read 11/84.
Whats the rest of the bike look like?

Well, you have something very rare there. Trapped in the ATC limbo of time.

I can't see Honda misprinting a sticker AND a frame I.D tag. I think it was made on that date out of leftover parts and Australia got them.

Nice find. Is this going to be a restore?
I'll back Greenie up on this. That bike was built in November 1986. As a kid, I spent a number of years in Dubai during the 70' and 80's and I remember having the exact same thought as Greenie when I saw one at the local dealer. "This 1985 Model was built in 1986. Doesn't make sense".
What the dealer told me was that technically, it's a 1985 Model because nothing was changed on it that would make it a 1986 or 1987 Model (hence the designation), but because it was a popular bike, they kept doing runs of them, unchanged from 1985 specification, to satisfy demand. As you can imagine, they sold hundreds of them over the holiday periods in Dubai and the rest of the Middle East and I can imagine a similar story would be true of a number of markets the world over. Honda would just keep churning them out for as long as they could sell them. I remember them being in the showrooms of Dubai right through 1987!
Cheers,
Jez
