Question about mounting 350X tank shrouds again?

Hey, I posted this thread a while back about mounting the 350X tank shrouds with the hardware that came with the '85's: http://www.3wheelerworldforums.com/showthread.php?t=47211&highlight=350x+shrouds
Can someone tell me whether the wider part of these tabs goes one the upper mounting hole or the lower one? I forgot which one it was since I took them off a while back. thanks in advace-

Yes,the wider end goes on bottom,and also:

Pat... If I recall, it is just the top screw that has the collar. The bottom I think the collar is built into that bracket.
