Right? the tires on my big red rub a little on the fender so i want to go with a shorter height. Wich number do i change

You understand the numbers correctly.

One thing to watch out for is that tires streach as they get old, especally if they have been over inflated. A new set of 25x12x9 tires will probably be smaller than the old ones on your trike now. You might want to watch that going to a smaller tire will make them too small.

Thanks, the new ones are going on my 200, as for the 200e, they will rub till the plastic brakes the rest of the way, and then the mud will fly cause new plastic just aint in the budget
