can you get just the bearings,or do you buy the whole assembly?my local shop said he could not get just the bearing.any info on this?

Honda will want to sell you the whole thing as a unit. I can get the bearings from a place here in Jackson, but It Is expensive to buy the good ones. I will get a price for you tomorrow.

the local place near me charges $40 to rebuild one.. press off the bearings and replace it..

I found this bearing info a while back...I think it's the left side but just in case here's both.

1) Counterbalancer right - SKF 16007
left - NTN (or any) 6203 LLU

3leggeddog, I can get a NTN bearing for the big side for $13.23, A FHE for $16.77 & a SKS for $17.20. They were less than I remembered them being. All the #'s are the same as X2guy posted. I did'nt get pricing on the small bearing, but they will be cheaper that the big one I'm sure.

what should i do?i don't wanna risk f-n up the shaft.how hard was it jason?40 bux compared to 180 is pretty significant!!!!!!!

I will press a new bearing on one that I have, If you send me your old one. It does'nt get any easier than that.
