View Full Version : Newbie around here! Just thought I would say hi!!

I am basically a newbie here. I thought I would say hi and share a pic or 2 of a couple of my trikes. I will share more later as I have no good ones of my 250R yet. These are not great either, but they show that I do enjoy my old school machines.
Years ago I grew up riding all Yamaha machines. I started with a Tri-Moto 125 when I was 12. At 14 I purchased a 225DX, and at 15 I was able to get at that time a couple year old Tri-Z250. At age 17 is when woman and cars took priority so the machines were gone.
A few years back I ran into a buddy I used to ride with. He mentioned that he had a 1985 200X for sale. Well I picked it up for a toy and thus my love for off road fun has kicked back in. A year later I found a pretty descent 350X and added that to my stable. A few months back I ran into a 250R that needed a lot of work. Well I am determined so I grabbed that up also. All 3 machines are 1985 models.

Very nice trikes. What kind of fork boots are you running? They look very blue.

Thank you all for the warm welcome! I will try and get some updated pics as soon as the weather gets a bit nicer.

Thanks! I will try an find out what boots they are. I just had my local shop order me boots and thats what came in. I like the bright blue that they are. When they fade a bit they will look more like the OEM ones.
