350X bearing carrier ?

In the project 350 that I am working on there were 2 swingarms. 1 had an aftermarket bearing carrier that was busted. The other had a good Carrier that isnt aftermarket but its not an 85 350X either. Were 86 Carriers different or is there some machine that will interchange with them? I can post pics a little later if nessesary.

Not sure if there is another carrier that will interchange,but,the 85 adjustment area had narrow "teeth",whereas the 86 adjustment area was wider and didn't have teeth.The one in the pic is an 86 style.

Yes, the 85 & 86 carriers are different. Post up a picture and we will tell you if it's stock, and if it is what year you have.

An 86 carrier will fit an 85, but you have to convert to the 86 rear sprocket setup as well. The 86 rear sprocket has recessed bolt heads, and 85's dont.

judging by the picture, I have an 86 model carrier. Thanks for the help. That clears up a few questions for sure.
