83' 250R bushings

Does anybody know where I can get a rear suspension bushing kit for a 83' ATC250R? I have tried the big names-Rocky Mountain, Dennis kirk, ebay..............and nothing. Any info would be great!

are you talking about the swingarm pivot bearings or the linkage bushings?

the swingarm bearings are still availible through honda that I know of, but are pretty pricey. I am trying to find a sealed ball bearing that will fit in the pivot housing as an alternative to the needle bearings. if i can get this to work i plan on putting kits together for the 83-4 250R's.

as for the linkage bushings, honda is your only bet.

I need everything but the swing arm pivot. I checked out the honda stuff and, WOW! A guy could spend 150-200 dollars in bushings! I was looking for a after market company that already had a kit available......but thats probably asking too much. Thanks for the reply.

I'm talking to a board member who is making bushings to replace the pivot bearings, I just mailed him a swingarm bolt and a pivot bearing to use as a guide...:w00t:
