does anyone know if any other axles or swingarms work on 350x's?

The rear axle from a honda 250x or 300ex quad will work but you will have to use the quad hubs too.

is the 300ex/250x the same size as the 350x axle?(stock)

The ex/x length is shorter but the hubs make up the difference. The hubs are also a different spline size so the 350x hubs won't fit anyways.
