Spacer on the right has to come off first.

it's probalby stuck like crazy. might take heat from a torch (and then new seals, bearings etc of course)

you go on ebay and buy a new hub, bearings, axle and spacer. That looks BAD...

Thanks guys, I have another axle and hub. The axle is almost completely froze in there. It will only turn with a lot of force. Is there supposed to be only one spacer on there?

Take the spacer on the right side of the pic off the end of the axle and the axle goes out the left side. That's the only spacer in the pic, just pound that sucker out with a hammer and some WD-40 if you plan on replacing the bearings, you may also want to place a piece of flat metal on the end to protect the threads from getting torn up by a hammer.

Heat, cold, heat, cold, heat, WHACK!

The axle is probably gonna be toast but the hub can be salvaged. Just heat it and beat the hell out of it with the biggest sledge you have.

I use a 20 ton press to remove stuck axles like this. I have a heavy piece of aluminum that I use to put between the threaded end and the press. This works to save the axle from damage. Since I started using the press I haven't needed to use anything else.

Soak the axle with Mystery Marval Oil.

I do not have a twenty ton press or any source of heat other than a fireplace and barbecue. What is mystery marval oil?

You could take it to a shop that has a press I guess and ask them to get it out and watch the threads on the axle. They could probably do it for a few bucks in an instant.
