250-R counter Balancer shaft bearing destruction.

This is what could happen If you don't check your counter balancer bearings. They are getting pounded everytime the cylinder fires. :wondering

The outer bore that holds the bearing race is beat out real bad the bearing rattles around in the case. I have another one that is the same way. I hope I can put a thin layer of weld around the worn bore then weld the hole inbetween. I think the hard part will be centering up to machine the bearing bore back out.
