What do you mean the front centimetre nut won't come off? If i am not mistaken, it's a castle nut with a cotter pin (going from memory)

Once it is off, the shaft should push right through and the tire wil drop.

Sorry, can't help with the fork seals.

Good luck!

i have had to beat them out like you would a swingarm bolt. axil is more then likely rusted to the inner spacer (between the bearings).

usually, you just bash the fork seals out with the slider. but you have to disconnect the slider from the fork tube at the bottom there should be a screw or allen bolt in there.

i got that bolt out, and there is no screw at the bottom, and i pull as hard as i can on the slider, but it still wont come out?

There should be 2 fork seals at the top. Remove the upper seal simply by prying it out with a pick or screwdriver. After than, there should be a large inside snap-ring that you will have to remove. Then, holding the shock tube and the lower shock body, firmly yank them apart. I did two sets of forks like this only a week ago. Make sure you have the SHCS removed from the bottom of the fork body.

If you take John's advice to beat the bolt out of the front hub, do yourself a favor and cover the bolt with a piece of wood before hitting it. You'll damage the bolt in zero time flat, otherwise.

Best of luck.

If you don't have a chunk of wood available, put the nut on backwards and put it a good ways down the bolt, but not letting the threads come out the other end. It's how I did my YTM200
