Just came across a company called PRM on the web, they make some decent looking rear grab bars. I'm thinking about putting one on my 86 200x. Any of you guys familiar with this company? Decent quality? Pics?? :pics: :pics: Thanks.

I put one of their desert bars on my 86 KXT several years ago. One of the best aftermarket items I ever bought and I even had to do a little custom fitting to get it to bolt up on my KXT. They built it for the 86/87 Tecate but it just didn't quite fit. I also have a standard one for my 85 R that I bought second hand. Good stuff in my opinion.

They sell some good stuff, I have a PRM grab bar on all my trikes. Shipping is quick also, a little spendy though, but there are not many options out there also...

IMO PRM makes the best skidplates and bumpers. very functional, durable and they look great. I replaced the D.G. junk i had on my 86R and couldnt be happier.

I have one on my SX, X, and I'm soon to have one on my R. They are very good looking and well built grab bars. I'd recommend them!!
And also.. I got a skidpate and grab bar for my X and shipping was only like 12 bucks for it all.. very good price.

I bought the PRM standard grab bar for my quadracer and by 84 Tecate project. They are high quality. I also have a skidplate for my quadracer and these things will take a real asskicking.....

Got one on the Tecate, looks bitchin and fit like it was stock. Can't help but gaze at the buttery welds on it too.

I had an '86 200X that I got a 6pack rack for, I've got a couple pics, probably not the greatest angles, but here you go(I was in the lot at work, that's why I'm not wearing a bucket),I kinda wish I had gotten the standard PRM grab instead, the 6PR looked too gaudy & big when I saw it in person, but I bought it........
Another member has it now, RASSAGMC who might chime in w/ more pics.

Goat, try googling PRM ATV & see if that gets you to their site, I had trouble the 1st time I tryed 'em, too.....

I like the baja grabbers the best- makes pulling out of a mud holes alot easier and rounded corners are easy on the hands.

YES YES YES!! Awesome grab bars!! 35$ thats righteous!!

They make an even better skid plate. 100$ a pop but 1/4 inch thick, chain slide plastic and tough, but TOUGHER than your mounts!! Unfortunately HONDA made terribly weak skid plate mounts, maybe they don't have rocks in Japan?? But I had to upgrade both my plate and mounts on the 350X but they are now in-destructable.

Yup.... go for the baja, got one on my 86 x..... awesome. Nice beautful welds..... just like a stack of nickels laid out..  !! also works great as a wheelie bar if you get too radical..... prm definitely makes a quality product. :D
