Ok, here is where I will start. I got a tri moto 125 that had a fried top end. Got the first oversize piston and rings for it and did the top end. Oil injector was non-working so I took it off and am now TRYING to run premix in it. So with that backround here are my problems:
1- The crankcase fills completely up with gas. So that leads me to either carb problems or problem/possobility #2
2- I took of the oil injection system. Now when I took the line off of the engine( down by the vin #'s) I put a piece of fuel line on it and shoved a bolt into the fuel line.
Resolution: What do I need to adjust on the carb? Needle position or float height? I know it is not the crank seals leaking as it is just gas in the crankcase and there was nothing in there before I started working on it. And about the oil line, if this leaks, ie sucks air in how will this effect my running/non-running condition? Better way to plug it up? Anyhelp would be great as I am nearing the end of my rope for this thing.

Double check your vent hoses---Its very easy to mistake a bowl vent for an oil inlet-----Cap the nipple on the carb---empty the resivior and tuck the oil line out of the way........there are two hoses -one on either side of the carb that run up into the frame-----they must both be unrestricted.---turn on the fuel ,without the trike running, and make sure it doesnt flood----

Do you possibly have a owners manual you can scan the pages about the carb for me? Because when I took the oil injection of I am fairly sure there were no lines going to the carb?

sure---
Where did your oil go?--your the 5th person to tell me this, and Im trying to picture how that would work--

The oil line ran down to a inlet/nipple on the cases on the right hand side, just to the inside of the vin numbers that are stamped into the cases. I figured that is how it was supposed to be since it is a two stroke and the oil/gas mix lubes the crank.

No----
The oil gets mixed with the fuel charge----On a two stroke, the crank is technically inside the intake tract---so the oil must mix with the fuel, get drawn into the crankcase and "STICK" to moving components

The pics I have of Carburetors only show one side---
Hold the carb in front of you in the position it would sit on the motor-Airbox side closest to you
On the left and the right are 2 90 degree plastic fittings --these are bowl vents
On the Right--in the middle of the "BORE-LINE" is a small--(1/16") metal nipple--if you look inside the carb --you will see where it meets the inside of the bore--this is where your oil should enter the carb

Yeah, totally agree with you. That is ho it is SUPPOSED to work but this sure didn't work like that. I don't know what the heck is up with this thing. I am going out and tear my carb apart right now. I mean I turn the gas on, pull it a few times, shut the gas off, drain the carb and there is still gas all over the plug. Tear the top end off and when I pull the pipe off gas runs out of it. Pull the cylinder and the crank case is full of gas. could by float be sticking so bad that gas just runs into my engine? Personally I have never seen this before. Staring to get real tired of this real fast.

Totally possible------
Without disconnecting anyting from the carb---take it off the intake---turn the gas on and see where the gas comes from

If I can get my camera to work I'll take a few snaps of mine----

Since I am just running a clamp on filter for now, since there was no air box when I got it, That won't make it run that much richer would it? I tore the carb apart and cleaned out the main and pilot jets. Checked the float for leaks and put the top end back on. What groove is the needle jet supposed to be set on? Just working on small things at the moment before i get to angry:lol:

WEll, it runs:w00t: :w00t: !! I looked at the carb and found the inlet for the oil injection line, put a piece of fuel line on it and plugged her up. A little bit of priming and tweaking and she is now a runner!! One last question, how many turns out is the air/fuel screw supposed to be at roughly? Thanks for all who helped me out. I will report back in the next couple of days once I weld my shifter together cause the linkage broke:( after that I break her in and get some pics of it!!

air / fuel screw should be 1 1/2 out after turning all the way in.
