suzukis 185timing chain adjustor?can you help me?

does anybody know how to set the timing chain ajustor on a 185 suzuki three wheeler?:confused:

its set up like a flat tip in the middle and a 12m on the outside nut

It has been years since I worked on a suzuki ( It's been a blessing ). I can't remember exactly how it works, but I have a motor at the shop to look at. I will try to remember to check it out and report back here tomorrow.
