its pretty cool but i would think that a 400ex would fit best into a 350x frame without heavily modifying it. but being that X frames all break/crack in the same spot, mabey choping up a 400ex it a better idea.

and I am pretty sure the new 400ex has reverse....what about switching just the top end??then that way you could run like a 400ex big bore...has anyone looked into this???:wondering

dont all EX's have reverse? but the main purpose for questioning the EX conversion is because of the wider parts selection, parts that are more readily available, and X top ends arent the greatest.

no...the older gen 400ex's dont have reverse...however I am pretty sure for 05 honda made the 400ex with reverse....the 300ex has always had reverse...

its more rurel over their. you dont have all the bizillionaire NYC pricks like we do over here. more farms and closer to RI and cape cod for surfing! two of my favorite things. yes im a surfing farmer.....well former dairy farm employee anyways, until i move to NY or PA to buy my own dairy.

that would be cool to do...Id say it would be faster because the 400ex is heavier than the 350x and they're pretty much evenly matched

I can see where youre coming from, I dont like the city people here, they still drive like theyre in manhatten, and they are just rude.

If you want to know anything about putting a 400ex engine in a 2 wheeler frame, you need to contact oldschoolin86 , he Had to build his own frame to do it. He has a page entitles "project 440ex"
