well the other day i decided to put new rings in my 200x, well anyways i went off and bought a top end gasket kit, well do they usually come with exhaust gaskets because there are like 4 rubber o-rings that look like they would be for the exhuast but then i was thinking that they would melt? and another question, how would you rate cobra exhast systems?

The exhaust gasket is not an o-ring, those should be valve cover o-rings, and maybe the intake o-rings. The exhaust gasket should be metal.

yeah it should be a metal ring about the size of a silver dollar.

If a 200s type will fit, I can spot you a gasket cheap.

All a Cobra pipe is gonna do is make your 200x loud as hell..... It may help out a very little bit, but no real noticable power gains .

I disagree, i think a Cobra pipe would be a noticeable power gain, AND make it loud.

the fox is right about the gaskets. exhaust gaskets are medal rings. pretty soft. i dont really mind cobra exhausts. they arent top of the line, but for the money, you can gain some performance and have a pretty cool sounding machine

i had to cobra on my 200X and i really liked it. the power was noticable over the stock and it sounded wicked sick!
