Anyone using a Kenda FrontMax?

I just ordered one for the 350X (goodbye old OEM ohtsu :cry: ). Anyway, Does anyone use them? how does it perform? I am sceptical about it and I was thinking maybe getting something else but the options are very limited in that size (23.5-8-11).

Great tire! Good wearing and it cuts nicely. Good choice...too many guys put a mud tire on the front...not necessary at all.

Yeah I have it on my 350x and it works and looks fine. Not much choice for a front tire of that size. I would have put OEM back on if I would have known they were still available.

i agree i had it on my 200X and it was great in the sand and in the mud as well and it looked bad ass.

i have one on my 200x and it looks and works great but watch out they grab pretty good if your not used to a agresive front tire.

I have one on my SX and I can say I love it. It turns awesome and hardly slips. It makes riding in snow so much easier.. your front end isn't sliding all over.

I just picked one up also. I relied on everyone's opinion by reading through all the posts for the front max. This site (member's feedback) has helped me make so many decisions regarding my tecate build. I have yet to use the front max but it seems to be one of the best trike front tires out there.

I am glad to hear so many things positive about this tire. When your choices are slim then it seems like you always feel that you made the wrong one. I guess I didnt.

I use one on my R. It does cut nicely and wears evenly. I highly suggest it

How come you just didn't get an OHTSU? From what I've been told the 24 is pretty close to the 23.5.

Actually,i would like to try the stocker(never rode with one before).But,i don't remember how or why i chose the front max.Since i have chose the front max,it has been on my old R and all my X's.Rode with it in snow on the R,loved it,the X's,great all around tire.

I put a Trail Wolf on the 200X that I am restoring. I would have used it but I wanted to try something a little different and I wanted to keep the stock size if possible. We will find out in a few days. I just won a new OEM 86 350X front wheel on E-bay so I am going to mount it up on there and see how it does.

here is that tire on my sx...it cuts in good, even in slick mud. I am ready to order 2 for the front of my daughters 300ex.
