alright here's the deal.. i'm trying to find my problem with not having a spark at the plug.. i borrowed this meter. turned it to the ohm area and X1K.. whenever i go to test stuff i either get a complete reading below zero or no movement at all.. is there something i'm missing.. if it helps its a A.W. Sperry model SP-5A.. if not i guess i'll just have to try a digital one..

well.. dad brought home the garage's fancy digital one.. i think i have a lot of problems.. the pulse generator checks out..the exciter coil>.. the red and black one did nothing when testing with the ground to the motor and the positive to the red and black wire...the CDI is really messed up i think.. im not sure on the coil.. think it needs some cleaning.. i think we're just gonna take off the questionable parts and take them to a honda place and see what they think's going on then find the parts somewhere cheaper..
