starting problems

just curious if I'm expecting too much to have my big red 200es start now, it's about 0 degrees F out, I just rewound the excitor coil in the stator (got lots of spark now) but it doesn't fire, got gas, can smell it and the plug gets wet.....maybe it's the 90 mile an hour wind that makes the wind chill about 300 below thats causing the problem??? Yes gettin a little froze up here over it all :(

Try getting it somwhere warm, say in a garage with a heater, give it a new spark plug, and warm the spark plug with a blowtorch before sticking it in, get it cranking whilst the plug is hot.
