the other side of what ?
the rear one has to line up with the motor's sproket.. so unless you plan to swap the motor.. in wich case you need to provide more details on your plan !

First what kind of frame, and what kind of motor. Honda, yamaha, kawasaki???
And about the 200m what year 84 (downshift) or 85 (upshift) 350 is a little high. If the transmission is smooth and it runns good, and the electric worked it might be worth it . It will cost around 200 american to replace all the fenders.

On switching the axle around you might be able to put it in backwards, just a guess though.

the frame im using on this project is an 81 yamaha 200, and i though about that too, but then thought about the bearings, and there not made to spin that way?

The only bearing on a 3 wheeler that would hurt to spin it the other way is the muffler bearing. So that isn't something I would worry about.

omg thx thats a great releif, so turning around the axle to make the sprocket end up on the other side would be just fine?

I get the feeling your making a mistake by putting a powerful two stroke motor in an old 200yamaha frame. Why dont you find a roller tri-z,tecate, or 250r. At least you'll have some suspension on that machine your making. I'm not trying to offend you I just feel you may be heading off in a direction that you won't be at all happy with
