I was talking to a Bassani represenitive about how long they have discontinued ATv exhausts and he said TC Exhaust is remaking some of their old exhausts for Atvs. The number is 1-951-658-4205. So anyone ever hear of them? i cant find a website.

They only bought the old stock. They didnt not/have not/willnot start making them again. I do not belive they even have any left. They might for some of the small bikes but i think one of the members here bought them all.

TC = Tom Carlson
He was always a 200X man from the heyday of 3 wheeling. He was a racer but better known as a tuner for national level privateers. Famous for his "Dual Plug" heads. Anyway if he is building pipes I would consider him a very reputable source. He is also an East Coast guy.

Good Luck.

Curtis.

I think this guy is Tommy Crawford, originally from australia. I don't think its the same guy who did the TC engines(I could be completely off my rocker though). I spoke with him a couple years ago, and he still had a few pipes for the YT 175.

I got a TC pipe on my Cannondale, so they are still making pipes today.

I know this is a really old thread but the TC pipes are made by Tom Carlson of Warren PA. This guy knows all there is to know about a 350x and what kind of power they can put out. He has been in many magizines back in the day for his dual carbed 500cc 350x motor. If you want a motor built or a pipe done he would be my first choice. The guy has an amazing shop on the inside, so many machines and tools for builing motors. You can stand outside his shop and would think its a run down building that nobody works out of but the inside...wow.

I am going there tomorrow night to talk to him about builing my motor this winter. I have talked to him before and he loves to sit and talk about the 350. He will tell you some good stories about building those motors and what has worked and what has failed. He builds a bigger cdi box for them to give more spark and a ton of other things. Iam stoked to go back there and hang out and shoot the chit.

Well tell him I said hey, I too have a TC exhaust on my cannondale moto and all I can say is WOW! It is undoubtably the loudest four stroke anything I have heard in all my life. I certainly have no problem hearing my bike in the holeshot I can tell you that. It literally shakes the ground. Very intimidating for sure. He also built motors for Doug Gust when he rode the quadsport 400 and kicked all the other 450s butts!

That would be cool if they could reproduce the old pipes. TC racing is right up the road from me also.
