Alright,me and my mate are going to do the valves this afternoon on my ATC 83 200E motor,whats the stock adjustment/settings for these??

intake is .12MM max (.005 in.) exhaust is .14mm max (.006 in.) thats what my handy dandy honda specs manual says.

that is the maximum gap allowed between the stem and guide

yea i just got it off of ebay, it's a honda specs manual that is supposed to have all the specs (like valve clearance, tire size, oil capacities) for all honda motorcycles, scooters and atv's made between 1981-1990. It really cool.

Sweet just to make sure...This is the gab between the tappet and valve stem(sorry,this is the first 4-stroke i've owned and am still trying to learn all the 4 stroke terminoligy)...

Yes, they are awesome! Has been a lifesaver to me more times than I can count.

taking my info from clymer Atc185 + 200 1980 to 1986 only .

Cheers mate..I am pretty sure all those motors are the same aye,The only difference I can see is in the bottom end(200e has high/low and electric start)
