Piston for a 200x atc still available?

i saw a 200x on the internet with i'm interested in.. but the cilinder is not mounted and the piston needs to be replaced.. are there still pistons for this one? and oversize?

yeah they are still available and in a number of overbores and compressions. Either a dealer can order you one, ebay has them, or you can order them online. Wiseco is probably the best around. http://www.wiseco.com/PDFs/Catalogs/CB05_Honda.pdf
