Geesh.. these 350X's are hard to dismantle! I'm almost there though.. but I need your help. Here are a few questions..:

1) The brake thing on the back of the bike.. right above the foot brake.. I'm having trouble getting those two bolts off that hold it on. They use an allen wrench instead of just being a regular hex-bolt. How am I to get those off??

2) There is a small crack in the front of the engine that oil leaks out of. What would you use to fix this? I saw that someone before used some stuff that is like JB Weld and is called "Magnum" or something like that.. does it work well??

3) The steering neck bolt thing.. how the heck do I get that off. I have it stripped down to the frame and front end, and it just doesn't want to budge!

4) I need some help on how to drain the brakes, too.

And finally:
5)This cable broke...what is it and where would I get a new one? I think it is the parking brake cable?

3. take the handle bars off (easier this way IMO). Take the big ass bolt off the top. Now if they are anything like the 200x tripples there will be a upraised tab in the tree. Now in this tab wil be a piece of metal (part of a metal circle). Bend the piece up so it clears the upraised tab.

Now your left with a metal piece that has big grooves dug into it. Take a screw driver, place it in a groove and hammer it in a lefty loosie direction. Unscrew that and you front end is waiting to be dropped off.

The handle bars are off of it.. its just the tripples and the tire. But that big bolt is what I'm having trouble getting off..

hey nouse.. That magnum stuff works great!!! Alot easier than jb weld. Just don't play with it too long cause it gets hard quickly!

we had to use like a 32mm? socket and breaker bar to get my SX one off. Might just need some air impact lovin.

I dont know why I didnt say this before. Do you have any BIG sized adjustables? I dropped my 110 front end off tonight and used a large set of adjustable to break the nut free.

Well I got most everything solved, except for 3 things.
I need to know how the heck I'm supposed to get those allen bolts out, yes. I also need to know what that cable is that is broken in that one picture, and I need to know how you drain the brakes properly.

you should be able to spray some lubricant on them. Place the allen head on there, and then take a wrench, put the allen head screw diver shaft through the wrench and lefty loosie 'er. But you have probably already tried that.

On the caliper I'd say open up the bleeder and turn it upside down if ya can.
