ESR310 jetting!

okay, parrts are coming in everyday it seems like... cable here, reed cage there, big bore the next day, pipe here... its all over the place LOL... and this thing has to be done for presidents weekend (ahhh the smell of fear and hesitation) so.... who has a 310 big bore kit and what syour jetting? this thing will mostly only see dunes now as alot of chrome is being shot at the bike.... my pipe is a inframe drag pipe (yah i know... where did i get it?! off ebay Shearer pipe) i got me a pwk 39.5 and that completes the build for now... i worked at trinity so i got what i think is a good jetting pattern either a 38 ,43 pilot, either a 165-175-180 main and clip position either 3rd from top or 2nd to top
i think it will probably end up being like a 43 pilot,175 mian, clip postion 3rd from top.... it sound slike a winner to me but you can only play with it... so we will see
but anyone got a base jetting for me?

I have the ESR 310 big bore, but have a stroker plate w/ it, i use a 180 main, and the rest us exactly what you said clip position 2nd from top. Depending on where you live though

your jetting sounds close, it depends on elevation too, the higher, the less air. I'm using a 170 on my 310pv. I'm using the needle that cam with the 39 pwk, and the pilot jet, i forgot what clip its on. I'm also using a airbox, w/o one, your jetting should be bigger

wats your elevation? mines around 200 above to dead on with sea level...
