how to remove stains from a 250r seat

I scored a nice 250r seat for a fair price but it has that black mold/stain on it that so many get. how do i get rid of it?

I use Westleys Bleech White whitewall and tire cleaner. It will take all manor of junk off anything. Especially plastic, vinyl and rubber. Just dont leave it on the white lettering too long. It will work on the white paint if you leave it on too long. Soak it down and let it eat for a min or so, then start scrubbing it down with a car washing brush/mit or a wet cloth. You may have to do it more than once to get the desired result. Mine went from Dark Blue to a much brighter cleaner blue. Worked on every bike I have owned. You can get this stuff at walmart, autozone. Etc... White spray bottle with a read and blue label
