Ok well I lost my Cd Manual so I have nothing to go on. I just need to see what needs to come off and what is on the inside that might come out (ex. springs, kicker gear, ect.) Thanks.

Hey john one last question hopefully. Should I take the clutch adjustment all the way out (on the new crankcase) to make it esier or just leave it alone?

I may hold off on the side cover change then if your eventually gonna take yours apart. Any chance you could get pics when you do?

Go to Deepa's site: deepa.recongamer.com and pull up the manual for the big Red print page 107 I think thats the right side parts and disassembly for the BR250es. The reverse dog spring assembly was a spiteful little tramp to retain and then put back in, don't loose or misplace the thrust washers either. Other than ensuring the kicker stayed in place it all went pretty simple Replaced the one way bearing, secondary clutches, timing chain, and tensioners in about 3.5 hours. Take pictures while your doing it it sure helps putting it back together!!!

well we took apart one extra engine engine I had just to make sure we wouldnt screw up the running engine and it was very simple. So much easier than I figured. Maybe next week will will get a chance to change it out.
