Take a pic of the part on the carb where the chokes supposed to go in, you might just need to hook somthing up.

 Good luck. Full choke would be having your N~~~~~ rigged choke so that it is covering most of the inlet hole from the air box. Dont you have a choke on it though?

8 STARTER BET 1 $23.67
for the assembley
Talk to Howdy, he is parting out a 200e
Edog is also parting a 200e, he might still have the carb.
Ask them for the assembly with that needle, brass fitting

They're the choke assembly!!!!
This is why I tell you to take a pic..you dont know what you have.

Now hook the cable up to it and thats your choke.

On these carbs, the choke doesnt actaullly choke off the air, it adds morefuel to the mixture.

buy a new one then
7 CABLE, STARTER 1 (21V-26331-01) 1 $26.86
Under HANDLEBAR - CABLE

Unless Howdy or edog have one.

I still dont think the choke will fix it, but its a good thing to have
