Ok on a 110 can you take the cyclinder studs off that are in the bottom end? I got the cyclinder and head off tonight and some of those studs that hold the cyclinder on are rusted pretty bad so I ned to clean them up.

Next question is how do you separate the head and the cyclinder on the 110? Are there bolts under the rocker arms or what?

Lastly is there supposed to be needle bearings in the stock piston? I took off the pin for the piston and was expecting some needle bearings to fall out but nothing came. I also looked on bikebandit and it shows some nedle bearings. So basically Arent there supposed to be some in there or are they in the crankshaft hole?

No bearings on the small end of the connecting rod that the piston pin go's though, last i remember the head and cylin should just pop apart, the dowls might be rusty, could take a couple taps with a rubber mallet to sepertae them. as for the cylinder studs. i belive they can come out...i would just leave them tho.

There is a bolt on the pullstart side that you need to take out aswell.... There may be selaent used on the head gasket..... sticks pretty well and feels like theres a bolt done.

Sloth are you talking about the bolt that holds the cam chain roller in place? If so I have that off. I guess I'll go try to rubber mallet it. Had to do that anyways to break it free from the bottom end.

Ok i found a pic, and the 110 engine doesnt have the bolt. I would imagine there just stuck together by the head gasket then. You could try clamping the barrel gently in the vice with some padding and pulling the head to see if it moves
