200es question

got a 200es for sale 500.
says it worked fine his brother used it for 3 mos now the gas seems to be
coming (or pouring) out the carb...Any ideas can that happen from wear and tear (maybe he got a stick or something wedged in there and loosened the gasket?)
pretty good price?

o.123-Sounds like float is stuck. Quick fix: tap side of carb. w/rubber mallet. Need to remove carb and clean/rebuild for best results!

Seems like a good buy. I own 2 of them. Have you checked the gas line itself (from tank to carb, yeah i know this seems pretty obvious but...) One day i found one of my 200es' leeking gas all over, the line shrunk just enough to come off at one end and it was kinda hidden so i couldn't tell where it was coming from very easily. A simple fix.
