Being that that gasket (#4 below) is $15, is there anything I could use to substitute the stock OEM one?

Also....... :wondering why would there be 2 different ones on basically the same set up?

4 GASKET, muffler (DXK)
1 $14.80

4 GASKET, MUFFLER
1 $14.80

Also  ........... The header bolts (#16), I can just use regular hardware store type bolts, correct?

no man spend the cash. The haeder one crushes to seal. Pluck it out and replace.
The other gasket conects the muffler \ head pipe.
it will leak if you dont....................

I know that  I'm looking for a cheaper alternitive for the header/muffler seal though.

15 seems a rip?

The header one you don't have to replace, you can .............

Ummm... I wouldn't use regular bolts for exhaust studs... less you want them to fuse to your head and snap off.

Oh, so they are a higher grade bolt then normal? They look like regular allen jobs but I guess I can't tell the grade just by looking?

Hmmm, seems like lots have them snap off anyway reguardless if they are stock or not.
