it's just some high temp paint.it's called VHT,supposed to be flameproof up to 1500 degress.it last a while too.after the first of the year i gotta send it to jet hot for some lifetime gurantee coating.

man what really bums me out is by TF,she will need redone again.racin is so hard on them.they get dirty as hell, and this get scratched up.the scuffs on the rear fenders actually came from TF last year.

i lost it in between the 2 set's of doubles.i hit a mud hole on the right side, when i nailed the throttle to hit the 2nd set of doubles,1 tire spun, and the other hooked.the bike went sideways off the face.i bailed about half way over, and landed on my shoulder, and head.both the bike and i cleared the double, but not together, lol.i'm not sure who else was watching, but it HURT!!!!

anyway.i want to post lots of pics now, because it proally won't look this good again untill next year before race season.thanks for looking guys, and post up any suggestions,or comments.

You race eh 3leg? You got your own league or something? Got pics?

Question about your R- What kinda chain you got on that thing and where did you get/buy that paint for the exhaust?

Dammit!

Thought about getting one of Aussieduner's number plates? It would really complete the look you're going for. Black frame with a blue screen and white numbers would look hot. Not sure if he has blue mesh but you can get it at most crafts stores.

well you can get the paint at any high performance automotive place,JEGS,SUMMIT RACING.

the chain is a D.I.D. x ring.they are about 75 bux,and you can get that form any atv store, mail order.

as far as the racing,we are blessed with a local track thats loves us.they do everything they can to get our own class.3 or more trikes and we run without the quads.all summer we try to get people to come race this track.we had 8 trikes show up to one race this year, but it's usually, myself, tim sr.,derrick adams,200excellent,hired gun,garageboy34,seadoo 650,speedbump,max, jmack, and pyschox.we are the OTC.(ohio trike crew).you live along ways away, but are always welcome to come race.i open my house to any uot of staters willing to race.

for pics. you can go to sunsetramblers.com

i'm not sure what mike has posted, but i'm sure there's a few.he does awesome work, and is coming to TF,he prints 8 by 10 photos while you wait.

Only other time I have ridden my T3 on a track was at haspen, oh and that was the second time I had ever ridden my tecate!! Since then it has sat around getting worked on slowly. Anyway the R is lookin good!!

Why is it that no-one knows where we race at? Or that we still race the trikes? Do we need to post every event we go to in Trikesylvania!?

The bike is lookin mean B! I'm surprised you didnt want to polish the pipe instead of painting it. I couldn't find any blue paint like you used on your frame so I picked up some flourescent orange! Dont know if Ill use it yet though.

3legged, unless the tab on your exhaust pipe is in a different place than most others, it looks like your exhaust flange is mounted incorrectly. It looks like it needs to be rotated 120 degrees counterclockwise, when viewed from the front. If your pipe springs are really tight and very hard to stretch to remove/install, that could be why. One other thing, the bike's looking good!

i noticed the flange was crooked too.i was soo excited to get her togehter i left it like that.damn good eye you got there.

mosh i will get that cover to you soon.i can bring to the summit indoors next weekend if your gonna be there.
