I just bought the other day the above and was service the unit and decided to check the oil tank, lines, and injector pump. I took off the plastic cover on the pump and the nut and bolt on the end of the pump had come loose and about ready to fall off. I assume that this is to adjust the amount of oil that the pump will deliver to the motor??
Now for the question...how should it be adjusted? turn the bolt all the way in and then back it out how many turns? or what? I have always just changed them out and they were for the most part pre-set. I know that this is set up very simular to the PW50 and maybe this could be the answer too?

ok the manual does not say how to adjust it but has a output....hope you understand it better than me.

it says:
" Check the pump output by removing the outlet line from the pump fitting and attaching a short section of hose to the fitting. Direct the end of the hose into a graduated container and turn the engine with the recoil starter. The pump sould deliver the specified amount of oil.
Autolube pump output (maximum throttle - 200 strokes ) 0.91 to 1.06cc "

i basicly understand it after typing it down now :)
hope this helps you :beer
