Race Cut rear fenders?

iam seeing alot of race cut trx fenders and ATC R fenders out there.. but i cant find a place i can buy them from? i want fenders that look like the ones on kasey's 500... do you have to make those? or can you order those?

do *Edited* mean shaved plastic? Because if thats so then you can cut them yourself! The ones on my 250r roller are shaved and do look nice.

Yea you cut them yourself.. I used masking tape, laid it out on both sides so its even, and cut them with a jigsaw sand up the edges and your done.

I used a die grinder and cutoff wheel on mine. There was nothing left of the stock 70 fender, so I made due with what I could. Someday I'll get a replacement, but this will do for now.

i just used a handsaw and maskign tape to cut mine when i broke them . i measured off the seat and laid some maskign tape and marked my cut on the maskign tape and cut it with a nadsaw, and themnused a fine cile to shave and smothe the enfges of the cut, and then went around the edge quickly with a blow torch beign careful not to melt the plastic. her eis a before and after., and if you want them cut and dont want to do them yourself , i may be able to find you a set and cut them for you, or i could cut yours if you want.

I got the 70 for free...right now it is all torn down and I'm putting new rings in it and painting everything. I got a front wheel/tire too. Hope to have it going in a week or so.

Did the same to mine. I like the look. Kinda sucks if you ride in the mud or rain. Allways nice to have a stock set and a race set.
