Does anyone have OEM mudflaps on their 84/85 Tecate. I found an NOS set of Mudflaps for my Future Red T3 project....My stock red fenders (I know they are OEM) have no holes for them.....I went to the Kawi website Fiche and it looks like holes should be there....Looks like the same for 84 and 85 anyone have good info or pictures on this.

Mine used to have those mud flaps on it and in my factory fenders there were holes. Belive they were held on with screws also. I can double check tomorrow morning though.

Almost sure that they are suppose to have holes in them from the factory. Can you post some pics of your fenders??

Thank You ...I would like to see a picture of what the fenders are "supposed"to look like

I looked closer....Seems someone shaved the part with the bolts holes off to make them look "racier"

To bad:( They are decent red fenders that are not easy to come by....I was was planning on wet sanding them until I dropped...I will still clean them up but the HUNT for really red fenders with the mup flap "connection" is ON!!!

I have not yet had a chance to post a pic but I can tell by looking at your picture that your fenders have been cut/shaved. There should be an edge on the bottom that sticks straight out that the fenders mount to.I will try tommorow. What do you have for a carb? I am going to buy a new one but I am not sure which one to buy? Any ideas?

Contact Sudco and get a "special set" 38mm flatslide. They will jet it for you and the larger carb really makes the T3 snotty.
