Heres a couple pics of my cousin John on his big brothers 85? 250sx. He rides this thing constantly! He can even kick it over himselk, but the compression on it is about as good as the fenders on the beauty:lol: . I know hes pretty young, but he can handle it well...plus he can barely reach the shifter so it's in 1st nearly all the time...but I think he likes to drive it backwards as much as he does in forward. Enjoy, and sorry they are kind bad pis

WTF...I did?? It even showed that I did. I did hit submit twice though, and deleted the second thread. Ah, well...It's only the 3rd time I've felt dumb today!

Have you given any thought to what happens to most 6 years olds when 370 lbs rolls over on top of them, even at very low speeds? I wish more people had before doing this very thing, which is why you cant buy a new one today. I dont care how well he can drive it. He cant "handle" 370 lbs on top of him.

TimSR: to answer you "Yes" I have. If he were my child he would not be on it. I agree too, I wish others too, would think like us...I only took the pictures because he is on a trike, and like them. Im not by any means saying kids his age should have such a large machine to ride. I should have worded the "handle" part of my post a bit better, but I used it for lack of a better term is all.
Anyhow, they were meant for enjoyment, not to show idiocy (sp?)

A well supervised child can be allowed to experience many things with the proper instruction and circumstances. That is how they learn, not to mention it is how they come to love the same things we love as adults. I see nothing wrong with those photos. My 9yo son has steered my car and fired my M4, for example.
If the kid was riding on a busy street with no helmet, I could understand the objections, as that would be irresponsible. Out of traffic, with safety gear and supervision is not only acceptable, it should be praised.
Good pics!
