nope.

Im runnin a rim of my 87 X on my 86 R this way: 86 R triples, fronts, fender, axle, and then 86/7 200X Front Hub/Disc/Rim.

You need to use the front hub assembly with the rim (discs are the same) and then use an 85/86 250R axle and spacings.
