just picked up a big red

got an 85 with some minor issues.
right now it has no brakes but he included cables and pads. hopefully that will be all it needs. has some crappy rear plastics too but again he included the broken off pieces so for now i will zip tie them on.

the good parts are the tires on the back are brand new and the front seems pretty good too. also it started on the first lick every time we started it. of course it sputtered and backfired a bit but he said the gas is over a year old so i am hoping that is all it needs. i will drain the gas and get a new plug and fuel filter and do an oil change sometime this week. i am also going to charge the battery and hopefully the electric start will work. it has absolutely no valve noise which i was happy to (not) hear.

Tell you what, I am beginning to think there are not too many nice three wheelers left.

It looks like it will just take some cosmetic work. If she runs I say you did pretty good.

Mine might have been free but it still costs money to get it running. You know how it is. Sometimes a freebie costs more than one you payed a little money for.

Yeah that thing looks like it is in ok shape
