honda 200x fair price?

hello im looking at a 83 honda 200x a guy has and was wondering what a fair price would be to offer him, the trike is in nice shape. thanks kris

really nice,mint,6- 800 bucks maybe a 1000
nice but needs some tlc 550-700
badly needs tlc,tires plastic etc, 350-500 bucks
i got one few years ago with a stripped sprocket shaft and all the parts in peices for 100 bucks.but it was a 4 out of 10.i try to get stuff cheap,lol.fixed it rode it for 2 years and sold it to a guy for 400 bucks.back in 1998.wish i would have kept it!
