No they won't fit, they are different. The 400ex's splines are the same as a lot of other Honda's, but not the 350x's.

HELL YEAH, RODE IN Warren for years, worked for Dinardos for 6 years, hung out with all the gang, Iorillo, ditzulls, Schengrunds, etc,drank many a beer at OConners, Scott Rose is still a long time friend on mine, Pm me please, I have probably partieds with you in the past, later and BTW thanks for the help!
