Ok, I rebuilt the carb and reinstalled it two nights ago. I took it for a ride around the yard today after making sure it was warmed up completely. It runs like never before except that the stalling is still there at about half throttle. This time though if I put it half choke it runs much better and doesn't have the stalling problem. Now, I haven't looked at the book but it would seem to me that I need more gas. If I raise the needle on the slide (put the clip in a lower slot) then that should solve my problem, correct??? This thing actually amazed me today. I was just sitting on it normally and goosed the gas and the front wheel came right up. it wouldn't do that before I clened and rebuilt the carb. Lots more power and runs extremely smooth now so that's nice. I just need to get this bogging out to a stall thing taken care of and I'll really be in business. Anyone got any ideas?? Thanks guys.

Yea try droping the clip and/or giving the air/fuel screw a turn in, do a plug chop, wind out the bike in 4th gear, kill it pop the plug out, you want to get it to a paper bag brown colour, white is too lean (not nuff gas) and black is to rich (too much gas) the little 185 carbs are cake to tune, theres not much to them.
