Well i ihave put my 300r big bore on. But i have it wide open at top end and it bogs. Only at wide open i let off a little bit and it's fine . I have went from a 330 main to a 340 and now 350 main. Should i go up more ? Im running a 38mm carb

Its for a banshee, but same principles.
If it is bogging on you, you are too rich. You will want to go leaner not richer.
Do a plug chop test to verify your mains are correct, should be a paper brown bag colour.

could b your reeds tooo, the same happened to me with a 34mm carb and it was my reeds

Reeds are new and plug looks good.

umm i'm not too good with carbs but it could also b a leak in your intake, b sure all the bolts are tight for your top end

Jets- Id try a 300 main and work my way down from there, Id stop at a 270.
As far as bogging, could be due to bad or incorrectly set floats or a bent or broken needle on the carb.
You may want to check your spark as well, if it isnt a blue flame, chances are you have a weak sprak and that can be caused by bad connections.
